Our site is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to advertise our services to you. Your e-mail may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store it on secure servers behind a firewall.
We may contact you to notify you regarding special offers, to troubleshoot problems with your booking, to resolve a dispute, to collect monies owed, to send updates about our business. For these purposes we may contact you via e-mail you have provided through the contact form on this website.

We will have to collect the information (full name, date of birth, place of birth, place of residence, nationality, country of origin) from your valid travel document (identity card or passport) upon your arrival to input it into the eVisitor system (the Information System of Tourist Boards of the Republic of Croatia), which has to be done within 24 hours of your arrival, as we are obligated to do so by Croatian law (Sojourn Tax Law, National Gazette 152/08). That personal information is then stored in the system for 10 years. This data is collected for statistic processing and is used by the Tourist boards, public authorities and Ministries relating to this procedure (Ministry of Tourism - Tourist Inspection, Ministry of Internal Affairs and Ministry of Finances - Customs authorities). By declining to let us input your data into the eVisitor system we regretfully have to refuse to accomodate you in our apartments.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
